During my two-night stay as a solo traveler, I had a wonderful experience. The room was not only quiet but also well-equipped, which made my work and rest time enjoyable. the Savoy hotel was an absolute letdown. Not only was the room excruciatingly small, but parking was a nightmare. I woudl ve been grateful for any courtesy, like an upgrade or complimentary stay, yet they acted like I was invisible! I almost considered giving them a good review, but simply couldn’t!

The slow elevator is annoying!!! Limited view options make rooms feel cramped, while the inadequate sound insulation could ruin your peace!!! Improve air conditioning for a more comfortable stay next time!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Savoy Hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delightful, featuring fresh fruits, an array of cold cuts, and made-to-order pancakes that I looked forward to each morning.

Elevator was slow.

Our family had a wonderful time exploring Parma, and it was great to have our little dog with us. The room was spacious and very comfy, perfect for the kids after a long day. We enjoyed the good breakfast and the friendly atmosphere.

My children wanted more activities available on-site.

The location was great, just a short walk to the historical area and lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was loaded with fresh meats and cheeses, I mean, there was even a whole quarter of a Parmesan wheel just sitting there, which you don't see everyday.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for the kind of vibes we got.

staying at savoy was a treat! it’s a short 3-minute walk from the train station and right by the city center. our room was quiet, thanks to the thick curtains, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. breakfast was a highlight, especially the pancakes made to order!

I enjoyed a comfortable double room with a spacious bathroom. The staff was always polite and accommodating. Breakfast offerings included fresh fruits and a delightful coffee. I appreciated the vegan options available. It's worth noting to ask for room amenities, like a kettle, upon arrival.
